Mark and his team did a superb job on restoring the original Victorian floors in our new property. They sanded the ground floor to remove paint and plastic grouting from the floor boards, stained them Jacobean and applied lacquer. Our existing floor was scratched and damaged with some missing areas and gaps opening up. Mark and George sanded the floor, replaced missing areas, filled the gaps with resin, re-sanded and lacquered.

How does floor sanding, refinishing & restoration work?

Contact us via our website (or give us a call) to let us know about your floor. We'll ask for a few details so we can understand your needs - the more detail you can give us, the better!

We'll send you a ball-park estimate for the work that needs doing and, if you're happy with that, one of our team will visit your home to provide a specific quote for the work.

Before we arrive to begin work, we'll let you know anything you need to do to prepare your room(s). While we work, we'll keep you updated on our progress and put down sample finishes for you to choose from.

Once we're finished, your home is returned to you - clean! We'll share our recommended aftercare products and processes and leave you with our contact information for any questions. And then we're done!
