Every floor sanding process begins with an assessment of your floor and your goals: is your floor in good condition, but you want to change its colour? Is your floor suffering from minor wear-and-tear and needs a refresh? Is your floor in a location in your home that gets high footfall (e.g. your kitchen)?

Our existing floor was scratched and damaged with some missing areas and gaps opening up. Mark and George sanded the floor, replaced missing areas, filled the gaps with resin, re-sanded and lacquered.

Mark and his team did a superb job on restoring the original Victorian floors in our new property. They sanded the ground floor to remove paint and plastic grouting from the floor boards, stained them Jacobean and applied lacquer.
